Our partner, Dauphin County Drug & Alcohol Services, is currently accepting applications for the full-time, day shift position of Prevention Specialist. The employee hired for this position provides direct prevention services as mandated by the six federal strategies to the community and school districts in Dauphin County. These duties will include being a drug and alcohol liaison to the student assistance teams in all 11 school districts, which includes attending core team meetings, performing assessments, parent-teacher conferences, and other SAP related school events. Education and prevention activities are performed throughout the Dauphin County Community during traditional and non-traditional hours.
