Positive Spirit
We bring energy, optimism, and encouragement to every rehearsal and performance. Even when things are hard, we lift each other up. Positivity is a choice: choosing effort over excuses, support over criticism, and pride over negativity.
Mutual Respect
We value every person in the ensemble. We listen. We encourage. We treat each other like teammates and family. No one is more important than anyone else, and every role matters.
Integrity
We do the right thing even when no one is watching. We keep our promises. We take responsibility for our actions. When we wear this uniform, we represent something bigger than ourselves, and we protect that reputation with our choices.
