This position is needed for 2 – 3 months; start and end dates are flexible and dependent on the applicant’s availability. Start and end dates can work around your school schedule.
Seasonal Laborer starting pay is $15.00/hr
Work Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm.
Job duties include mowing, trimming, painting, cleaning, reading meters, and assisting Operators with their duties.

The Millersburg Ferry Boat Association is in search of First Mates for our 2023 operating season. If interested, click here to print the application. Qualifications for the job include, but are not limited to:
16 years of age (due to insurance reasons)
Able to lift about 40 - 50 lbs
Be comfortable obtaining payment and making change for our guests
Be social and engage in conversation with our guests.
MUST be available to work weekends.
Helping to dry dock and launch the boats is also required.

We pay $15/hour.
Zion Stone Church
Zion Stone Church in Halifax is searching for an adult, 18 or older, who has a heart for children's ministry. This position will include 1 1/2 hours on Sunday mornings from 10-11:30 AM to lead the children's ministry. A curriculum and a ministry helper will be available along with an assigned adult mentor each Sunday morning.
The compensation for this work is $25 per hour paid monthly.
Clearances and Safe Sanctuary training are required for this position.
