The Action-Reflection Cycle is a four-stage process of personal growth and character development:
1. Students Act (play soccer, act, sing, etc.)
2. They then reflect the attitudes and behaviors they exhibited (actions).
3. They then visualize a new view of self.
4. They then act in accordance with this new view of self.
This module provides the teacher with approaches to help introduce the Action-Reflection to the Discovery Group. Ask you students about lessons such as the "Thank You Letter" and "Charlie Everybody".
