Hello ! Welcome to Becki Enders' Website!
Teacher: APUSH, 10th grade US History, Publications, Honors World Religions, General POD
ADvisor: Yearbook Advisor, Sophomore Class Advisor, and Senior Class Advisor
On this page you will notice the left navigation with a number of additional pages. These additional pages include course requirements, concept charts, geography unit information, long-term project requirements, current events information, helpful links, and my teacher info page which lists my credentials. Plus, I have included a page with some information about me so you can know a little bit more about me and my career at Halifax. I hope you find all this information helpful. Please take a moment to look around and feel free to stop back at any time. The information on my site will change throughout the course of the school year.
I will attempt to post daily assignments on the calendar page of my website as well as the assignments page; however, there may be times where this is not possible. Students are encouraged to check with a classmate if absent from school, call into the front office to request the assignments, or email me requesting work. Students are also reminded to check the makeup work board in the front of the classroom when absent for any additional assignments or handouts. Arrangements to make up quizzes and tests should be done so upon a student's return to school after an absence.
Feel free to contact me at anytime. My contact information is located in the navigation menu, under "Teacher Info" on the left. Please be sure if sending an email to put your student's name in the subject line so it is not sent through the spam filtering system. I will try to return emails and phone messages within 24 hours. Grades are updated regularly on power school for your convenience and are required by the administration to be updated by 3 PM every Thursday.
I look forward to a very successful year and hope each student will take a little part of history with him or her as he or she continues on the journey of becoming a well-informed citizen of the United States.
Thank you,Becki Enders
