All students who are to graduate in any given year must pass 6 credits their senior year even if they have accumulated the minimum number of credits and have the appropriate combination of earned credits. This requirement is to assure that students who have accumulated nearly enough credits their first three years do not take a less vigorous approach to their senior year. (Unless seniors have multiple Honors or Advanced Placement courses, they must schedule 7.50 credits. Those who do have such a class load may also be exempted from the 6.0 credits for graduation policy – on a case by case basis at the administration’s discretion.)
