Halifax High School Weighted GPA Calculation

The GPA calculation formula for the High School can be broken down using these steps:
  1. Calculate Course Grade X GPA Added Value X Potential Credit Value (For each graded subject).
  2. Add all of the final course grade points from step number 1 (Set this total number aside for now).
  3. Add the Potential credit value for each course grade (set this total number aside).
  4. Take the total number of step 2 and divide it by step 3.
  5. This is your student's GPA.

(Any course NOT listed in the above document is considered NOT weighted. Therefore the GPA added value will always be 1)
