 Welcome to the Halifax Elementary School. Our warm and caring staff provides one of the finest Elementary School experiences in Central Pennsylvania. The staff and the Elementary curriculum address the physical, cognitive, language-literacy, and social-emotional needs of child development through exploration, initiative, positive peer interaction and cognitive growth.Our goal is to include each child’s family as a partner in the educational process. You are welcome to visit the school and your child’s classroom and to participate in the many family events and classroom opportunities that are planned throughout the school year. A part of our home-school relationship will be to understand the goals you have for your children and to involve you in the decisions about your child’s education. Remember to attend the monthly Parent Teacher Organization meetings for more ways to become involved with your child’s education.
